The Art of No
This can take some self-trust. Choosing not to engage in inner debate (about what to dream or what Dreamtime method to use that day) for your whole designated Dreamtime takes the courage and discipline to say No to what the Buddhists call "monkey-mind".
Defending the time you have set up in order to dream also requires the art and skill of No.
Other people, tasks, and our egos will always provide a distraction from our Dreamtime if we allow it.
When you decide to take responsibility for the Dream you wish to create in this life, you will give yourself time for dreaming.
I Dream that we all will take this responsibility and privilege. Our individual and collective lives can only improve with more and more conscious Dreamers.
